When comparing small towns in Mississippi concerning the medical field, Bay Springs never takes a back seat. In conjunction with Jasper General Hospital is the Bay Springs After Hours Clinic, which is housed in the Eure-Lay Clinic. It provides care for after hours patients and serves as a mediator for emergency services. Another facility that is widely used by Jasper Countians is the Jasper County Health Department. The Health Department provides general services, such as inoculations, prenatal care, and family education in various health matters.
